Patty Macniven has been a licensed Realtor since 2013. She finds joy in helping Buyer’s and Seller’s purchase or sells a home through her stress-free and simple process. Prior to joining the world of real estate, Patty lived in Connecticut and worked for a global jewelry manufacturing company based in New York City. After 20 years it was time to find that special paradise in Florida. When not helping clients, Patty enjoys spending time with her Husband Scott, and daughter Ryan. Like many Floridians, Patty can be found outdoors gardening, walking, boating and fishing.
